Quando Deus quer remover os defeitos em sua vida, ele não apenas estala os dedos para que isso aconteça instantaneamente. Ele faz isso de forma incremental. Quando Deus quer fazer um cogumelo, ele leva seis horas. Mas quando Deus quer fazer um carvalho, ele leva 60 anos.
Então, o que você quer ser? Um cogumelo ou um carvalho?
O Espírito Santo fará mudanças em sua vida muito além de qualquer coisa que você pensou que era possível, mas elas não vão acontecer durante a noite.
Minha oração por vocês é que através da obra do Espírito Santo e da Palavra de Deus, e com o apoio de seu pequeno grupo, vocês serão mais maduros, mais semelhantes a Cristo e mais avançados em seu propósito 1 ano, 5 anos e 10 Anos, a partir de hoje.
Minha oração é que você será mais forte emocionalmente, fisicamente, espiritualmente, psicologicamente e financeiramente - mas você tem que ser intencional sobre isso.
É assim que nos tornamos mais semelhantes a Jesus. O Apóstolo Paulo diz: " segundo a sua imagem estamos sendo transformados com glória cada vez maior, a qual vem do Senhor, que é o Espírito".

Change Takes Time
"... and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness". Ephesians 4:24
When God wants to remove the defects in your life, he doesn’t just snap his fingers so that it happens instantly. He does it incrementally. When God wants to make a mushroom, he takes six hours. But when God wants to make an oak tree, he takes 60 years.
What do you want to be? A mushroom or an oak tree?
The Holy Spirit will make changes in your life far beyond anything you thought was possible, but they’re not going to happen overnight.
My prayer for you is that through the work of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, and with support from your small group, you will be more mature, more Christlike, and further along in your purpose 1 year, 5 years, and 10 years from today.

My prayer is that you will be stronger emotionally, physically, spiritually, psychologically, and financially — but you have to be intentional about it.
This is how we become more like Jesus. The Apostle Paul says, “As the Spirit of the Lord works within us, we become more and more like him” (2 Corinthians 3:18b). (rwo/mevedesp)
